I have not received my refund of rs. 2000 against security deposit even after passing of more than 70 days .
I opted the excitel 5g broadband after Act fiberEarlier the plan was of 100mbps and speed was goodBut they itself converted it to 200 Mbps with rs. 700 per monthBut there is no constant speed never up to 100mbps while comitted for 200mbps even . Some time only 10mbps. And they say it 5G.They will never provide any service after installation.If you raise a ticket it will be automatically closed after few hours without any resolution. Please don't go for excitel and don't waste your money on it. Try some other broadband services other wise you will be in hell.See the uploaded files
