Excitel provides broadband services with a very affordable price. Quality is very good but sometimes speed slows down as I am using the excitel internet connection, as a customer I appreciates it but it needs to improve its speed. It claims a speed of 10mbps at a very affordable price but sometimes speed of internet slows down, but server failure or connection time out never occured. Connection is very reliable it never lets you down. Excitel provides support to its coustomer and service is also very good.(3/5).
