As a 2024 graduate, I had the opportunity to participate in ExcelR’s campus drive during my college days. The selection process was well-structured, starting with a written aptitude test, which I successfully cleared. This was followed by a group discussion round with the team and a general interview. After performing well in all stages, I was thrilled to be selected for ExcelR’s Java Full-Stack Developer program through a scholarship seat.

ExcelR provided an intensive four-month training program, equipping me with in-depth knowledge of Java Full-Stack development. One of the standout aspects of the training was that, along with full-stack development, they also provided aptitude training on weekends. This additional support helped in strengthening my problem-solving skills, which proved beneficial during interviews. The mentorship and guidance from industry experts were invaluable, as they not only helped me enhance my technical expertise but also provided continuous support in clearing my doubts effectively.

As part of the program, I was offered an internship at AI Variant, where I worked on a real-time project. Successfully completing the project earned me both an internship certificate and a course completion certificate, further boosting my confidence.

The team provided career guidance, mock interviews, and job opportunities, which played a crucial role in helping me secure a position at PragmaEdge as sterling integrator Developer.
