I have been using Exatt 128kbps since a few months,since my Cable Operator broke his Sify Broadband tie up,and tied up with Exatt Internet..
Well,pathetic service..totally bakwas..and at a very high cost.
I am changing over to MTNL TriBand,since my cable operator has tie up only with Exatt now.
The connection is down almost 50% of the time..and when it's working,in no way the speeds are 128kbps..they aren't even anything close to that figure !! There is no kind of 24 hours Customer Care number provided..and when the connection is down,and I call up my Cable Operators office,they say it's down from Exatt Servers,and then,when I call Exatt,they say it's a local cable network problem !!!..worst ever service I've experienced.If Exatt people would have been in some developed country,they would have gone bankrupt by now for sure.
Reliance/Hathway/Tata Indicom/Sify don't have their broadband in my area..only Exatt and MTNL TriBand..so,switching over immediately.
NO ONE SHOULD TAKE EXATT..PATHETIC COMPANY/PATHETIC SERVICE.
