I am in Guwahati which was yet to see a decent service provider. that was untill Exatt came along.
The speeds are good for example on my 256 kbps, get a download speed of 31 KBps at all times (31 * 8 = 248 kbps), very good by any standard. I mean atleast here we are suffering no outages.
Uploads sometimes can be a bit slow. Which I think is not a major issue for most users. I mostly get 120 Kbps as my upload speed. Which is really good.
We only suffered one major outage, due to I think the mumbai floods or something, other then that its been a smooth sailing.
The bandwidth is really cheap, no limits et al. How many providers in India provide pure speed with no compression and absolutely no downloads or upload caps.
I have read the other reviews here. Dunno why they are not providing service in their home city. But in Guwahati it rocks.
