Fake job racket case: High Court stays proceedings. Review on Exalt Consulting

October 2016 I have registered in exalt consultancy paid rs 5279 rs, there was not even simgle interview from the company nor from the consultancy,  consultancy used to send mail to me only introducing to the company

I received interview call for applied materials and I called inmediately to the consultancy and I have confirmed them the salary packaging is not matching? Even agent is agreed and inform me to drop a mail and later not even single from the consultancy regarding applied materials.

I received interview for unisys, the interview. Was at 9am. Residency road, I was there at 8

15am. Itself and informed receptionist that I want to meet gururaj(interviewer) I was waiting for the interviewer for almost 4 hours and later came and said why and whom you are waiting for I said I m waiting for gururaj and he introduced himself and told me I have not heard of this consultancy and not scheduled any interviews and he spoke to the consultancy also

I received interview call for Tcs, no body knows the interviewer name and there was no interview was going on meantime I spoke to consultancy and also security also confirmed there was no interview I just wasted 600 rs

Later on my try I got the job and have dropped offer letter to consultancy they asked to wait for 6 months since the package was. 6 months, on april I went and submitted the refund form and they asked to wait for 15 working days but I have not recieved any money just days were passing now all of a sudden I got a soft copy that my application got rejected due to non attending the interviews

Hence with all the proof I m filing an complaint to near police station will all the proofs

Kindly do not register in this consultancy they just divert you by sending fake emails

Last but not least, I got a call from the consultancy last week to withdraw my complaint and they will reconsider my refund and it takes 3 to 4 days, I called today and they promised that I will get a confirmation mail tommorrow.
