I am Sampada Mane from Nagpur, Maharashtra. I am Financial Analyst having 3 years of experience in the same field. I got registered with the Exalt Consulting on 7th October 2014.
They arranged 3 interviews for me and I was able to clear 2 among them. Since 3 years I was working in the same company so while facing the interview I was having little bit fear. But after reading the Blogs on the facebook page of Exalt Consulting.
I got confidence in me and prepared myself as per their guidance. If someone is thinking gaining domain experience will improve your personal skills then they are partially wrong. Though you are experienced you must prepare yourself for the interview, dont be overconfident about you experience and never underestimate the other people attending the interviews because this became the reason for the failure in the first interview.
