I have been using their hosting services for a year now, my website is download often. My data is static data and I do not change it at all. But very often I check and my site is down. When we ask them, they request to send a mail and state that I may have made changes to the site. There is no proper response from them at all but just trying to get away with things.
My suggestion please do a DNS lookup to see whether they are blacklisted.
Please use some other service providers.
