I own Aquaguard water purifier. On completion of warranty period I entered a 2 year service contract. However after repeated request for carrying out scheduled service nobody has serviced it for the last ONE week. I plan to take them to consumer court.
I have lodged a complain No: 17 dated 02nd May with Sector -7C office Chandigarh. First of all nobody attends the phone even after getting the phone no consumers are given false assurances.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT DUE TO VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!
