I bought this product and installed it a month back. From day one good water was converted by this RO to bitter water that caused sore throat. All at home suffered so be careful. I called up the toll free it took 5 days for a techie to come and say its ok and left. It wasn't solved, my repeated calls to toll free went waste. So the best way to get some one it to ask for a new product, you wont believe they came running.
I took them to the RO and told them this is lying idle for many days now and no one came but when asked for a new product you called me twice and came home rushing. Yet they are so stubborn or unprofessional in servicing. I still have the RO which I am going to return even if its a loss.
If you are going for any product, go on installment scheme, don't allow them to give a bill after a month as it never comes. If such problem comes stop the cheque payment and let them come running.
