Bought a Water Softener. Not installed yet. Review on Eureka Forbes

Is this the real brand who are selling the products?I doubt it.

I bought the Aquaguard softener on 7th Nov 2024. I have requested for the installation on the same day or next consecutive days. 1st and 2nd Nov, installation did not happen upon multiple follow ups. I had wasted multiple days waiting for the installation to happen, which didn't happen. Nov 14th 2024 again I waited for installation and nothing happened.

I had been out of Bangalore from 10th Nov to 13th Nov, followed up multiple times to arrange for installation during 14th Nov 2024. I dont know are the EurekaForbes associated with right vendors to address things?

Literally feel bad buying the Eureka forbes product now. The agent who followed up for making the payment didn't show interest in setting up the installation.

I will not recommend any of my friends/relatives/circle to go with Eureka forbes products upon this bad experience.

Installation itself not done, no idea how I can rate the below questions.
