We purchased a Euroclean Wet and Dry 3 months back - December 2014 and the Sales folk said we will give you a lifetime service free which indeed was written on the box delivered to us. The vacuum cleaner now does not work after 3 months and repeated calls to customer care has no response.

The Customer care executive promises a 24 hrs turnaround but there has been not a single call from their technician. Its already been 10 days but no response from the technical team. Hope someone in Eureka Forbes would read this blog and the machine gets rectified immediately else I would have no option but move to the Consumer court.
