I purchased it on 19rd May and the sales guy had told me that service people will come every six month even without any request. It has been more than six months and no one has come. This is not my main problem. The problem is that it stopped working from yesterday and inspite of five complains there is no action. Complain number is: 83905900.
I also got the contact number of Value point tech services and they never receive the call.
They are very aggressive in the marketing of the product. They contacted me 5-6 times before I purchased it and now is my turn to contact them.
