I purchased Aquagurd Genious from Thirupathi Electronics Dilsukhnagar Branch on 04/10/2016, after purchasing no one come for installation after making calls only they come for installation on 13/10/2016, at the time of installation itself executive told me that it is defective tank is leaking now I am taking photo of it and put request for replacement and after telling this he left from my house after that we are making calls to Thirupathi Electronics and to the Eureka Forbes but there is no response this the behavior from the show room and eureka forbes so don't go for purchase at Thirupathi Electronics and Eureka Forbes Item at all because at the time of explanations they telling that it better to purchase now because your water is not good and there is no minerals and RO+FU so and so but after transferring our price to their pockets then their response is like this so friends don't purchase this products and especially in Thirupathi Electronics because I purchased Samsung Curved TV in this show room it is also defective pice that samsung TV is not worked for that I asked them to refund but they replaced it even replacement it is not working properly and this product is also not functioning properly it leaking and our kitchen is filled with water if we using it this product also cost is Rs. 21500/-.
I am sending Photos and Videos how it is working see and don't take risky dicition to purchase any product in that show room and eureka forbes they are saying company policy and procedure for knowing the customer problem but at the time of selling there is no policy and procedure.
