First of all this is a kind of company if you are outside India then donot expect that your reimbursements will be paid on paid. You have you really fight hard to get the money out. Most of the people who have left the company have following reasons
Management is pseudo - their words have no meaning
Work and forget the reimbursements etc, this will not be paid
And if you have left the company then do not expect your F&F will ever be done. You can send the emails etc but no one will reply
I know many of my friends who have left in 2002-2004 and their out side India claims, LTA, Medical have not been paid.
Expect the company name being changed to something else (From ITIL to ITIL International to Espire). The employees will be informed about liability from previous company being transferred to new company but will not be paid at all.
