I am using it since last 5 years its very user friendly, I take lot of printouts and approx 4400 prints I get in black & white in one ink refill, Scanner quality is GOOD it can handle approx 90 to 150 scans per day.
The best thing is it allows you to print on photo paper too if you are into any professional designing or need urgent prints for daily usage the quality and performance is great.
Once if you see the 1st installation process then it will be much easy to refill ink tank by yourself,
If you are a regular user then the ink tank goes on till 3 to 4 months depends on the number of prints.
The best way is to keep the printer's settings in draft mode if you take B/W Document prints that saves lot of ink,
Printing speed is fair enough not so bad. User friendly, One touch for Color & B/W copier.
