If you are going to buy something, remember to buy things that are new and better in market. This printer is almost 3 years old model(launched in 2015). This printer is not good in my opinion because of may problems that I am facing from it. The first and foremost problem is that its print quality is not good. the pictures and text are little shaky(or you can say blur) and it gives a dull prints of the photo. It also have some issues with paper holding as papers are stuck inside it(4-5 times in a day) and the printer makes loud noise at that time. printing speed is also not to good. It takes about 7-13 second to print one page and heats too much at overload. I have to agree that it is user friendly but worst thing is its installation. It was very difficult to me to install it. I even call the customer care to help me in installing it and they sent one boy who demand for money to install this printer while customer care was saying that it is free of charge. It also have some issues with scan as it is not giving satisfactory quality(blur images).
