The manager yells at you top of her voice and expect not to back answer even in a polite manner.
The manager will call you an hour in advance almost everyday(while imparting training) without pay, and again they yell at you if you miss it even for a single day.
No HR induction, no clarity given at the time of joining, and later on all its awkward work-culture will leave you stunned(especially the salary part)
They release your salary in the next month(between 18 to 22), it means they block your salary for 20 days because of their higher attrition level.
The best thing is that they party and treat their employees in restaurants, very often.
Suggestion - The company's owner should take feedback(actual one on one feedback) from each employee, to get clarity. The company's image is being spoiled because of a few people, which is measurable.
