Career growth and environment is very good in EP tech. The company provides a good salary and they have a very good employee facility. I love this company for it's culture and the working environment. Work life balance is perfect.
Pros:
Excellent quality of training provided, Ideally suited for creative brains.
Cons:
Expect a very good communication skill.
Advice to management:
Allow mobile phones in the working floor.
Provide free meals.
