Unprofessional or stupid behaviour?? Hmmm, both. . Review on Enrich Salon - Viman Nagar - Pune

First of all, its situated in the lower ground level of the phoenix mall at Viman nagar, Pune. So, I went in there to highlight my beard. Not a typo, people. Mmmh hmmm, you heard that right. You can see check it out in my profile photo ( if visible) . Usually, I have to ask the staff first if they will be able to pull it off or not and that's exactly what I did.

So, it took them around 15-20 mins of talking/roaming here n there to figure out an answer to the question but finally I was assured that I'll get it done on my beard. I was given an appointment 1.5 hrs later. I went to a lounge on the 3rd floor to wait it out and had to cut my fun time short just to be at the salon on time. Guess what happens when I get there. A fool at the reception tells me "I'm sorry, sir. We won't be able to do it. I just confirmed it with my stylist." You know what, she wasn't even pretty so I got a little angry as well but I stayed calm and asked some obvious rhetorical questions. The first being "But you gave me a bl_ appointment! "

But eventually, I had to walk away from there without getting what I wanted after wasting more than 2 hrs. I mean, I have no problem with accepting no as an answer but not after 2 effing hours, you know!

So, that's the tale of a poor guy who had to walk away from a salon without getting his beard highlighted. Some say he was never seen at that salon again and some say he was but seriously those who say that I was seen there again are just plain stupid. Gonna sign off now.
