This product gave me good results. Just good results not too good pr excellent. I would recommend you to take it as a beginner if you have been working out since 2-3 years you need a bit more protein than this.
It improved my workout time.
My recovery has got quiet faster.
Feels good.
Good in mixing.
Problem is with comparitively low protein as compared to others.
