Emirates airlines is very popular for their world-class facilities, well mannered and courteous employees etc. But I had a very bad experiece last time we used their flight that is 1 year before. We went back to dubai from calicut to dubai in emirates with my 3 little kids who were all under 5 years old ( 5, 3.5 & 1.8 ) . The flight was on time and the in-flight experience were all good and we had a great time in the flight ( it's very hard to keep 3 little kids occupied for 4 hours in a flight without entertainment that was the reason we chose emirates) . After reaching Dubai it took almost half an hour for our flight to land ( dubai airport has a very high air traffic) . It did not end there the flight kept on moving on the track for at least 15-20 mins and reached a corner of the airport and parked there. We thought it's over and we can get into the airport through the air bridge . But to our dismay we were again loaded into a bus .( For those who don't know - these buses only have very few seats -only at the front and at the back . Only 10 to 15 people can sit.) . Me and my husband were standing in the bus with our two little kids sleeping on our hands and the elder one standing ( he was also sleeping) holding onto me. The bus took us to another corner of the airport which took almost half an hour to reach. We were very tired and exhausted holding on to the railing with the kids and our hand bags. After all these ordeal when we reached the airport there was a long queue at the passport control and on top of that my second one started vomiting. I had to go the bathroom and change her dress which again took alot of time . By the time we reached outside I have started to hate emirates and never wanted to travel again with them.
