In today's times when ecomm companies are striving to get the product delivered within a few hours, https://elitify.com is a case apart. it's been 11 days I ordered an MK mobile cover, which was promised to be delviered in 3-4 days. Last Friday, I spoke on Live Chat with a customer care exec called Ritika, who curtly told me that "we have shipped it today (7 days after the order was placed), and here is your tracking no."
She fell short of telling me "our duty is done, now figure it yourself". I asked her when would it reach me since it's already much delayed, her answer was a mere "I just told you, we have shipped it, now track it with courier company!" On the other hand, of course the website is so darn slow with lack of information about the products and no authenticity certificates to show these are original.
