I had taken a Elica BF Curve 60 touch screen chimney 8 months back, but suddenly I saw my chimney not switch on when push touch screen button, then on my request technical guy come(first hesitate to come) and informed me your PCB is gone need to replace it.
When I asked me why it happen in 8 month simple answer power fluctuation where in my area power is steady and I have other electronics items like, why they nothing happen to other. I informed them this is because of your poor quality item, you should have to agree it, your company is not going through various quality checks. And of course very poor service.
I strongly recommend not to purchase any Elica product, believe me later you will realize its frustration.
