I got a wrong supply from them on 30-Dec-2022, and I reported to them by e-mail within 2 days. They replied three times, trying to defend their stands, and also asking me for more details / photos etc. This took almost one month. They never concluded the matter. After all that, for more than a month now, there is no response from them. Extremely difficult to get them on phone.( 905083XXXX). On a very few calls they rarely do attend, they keep saying the same thing… “I will forward your matter to the concerned team.”
Today is 7-March-2023. Horrible response. I am helpless.
