I purchase Electolux Libra Single tub semi Automatic washing machine on Jan 2004, I faced only one problem with this machine. the timer was not working properly. Due to this, the machine automatically stops at sometime and will not proceed.this problem isnot consistent. I complained so many times, the service personnel will come in my absence, check and say it is good and will leave without doing anything. <p>After repeated compalints, they changed timer(i am not sure it is a new piece) during the warranty period and now the machine is working fine. I never faced any problem with respect to the performance. I normally use it daily and with heavy loads. the machine.
the advantage of this semi automatic machine is, it has only one tub for washing and spinning and also saves some space. The noise level of this washing machine is much lower compared to other machine like Samsung, LG, Whirlpool...etc
