I don't understand how can there be a courier service without any contact detail?They don't have their official site, no customer care. How the hell to contact them? Only option is to call flipkart and take an update.
Even now a days flipkart also don't update their tracking tool for 2-3 days. How to track things? Flipkart customer support doesn't have any much info about them.
Is is the way business should be done? A genuine advice to flipkart, change your courier service. Move to bluedart!
