Last month I ordered Sony MDR series headphones from flipkart website, and the estimated delivery time was 2 days ( Flipkart is patnered with e-kart logistics for delivery of their products) . I did not receive even a single call or message from the logistics company about the delivery status. Instead I waited for a week but the product was not delivered. I went to the ekart logistics godown ( Masab Tank, Hyderabad 500057) and gave them the track ID.
At first they were rude to me and told me that the product was at another godown. But when I threatened them that I'll lodge complaint to Flipkart's supervisor, then they started searching for the product and it was FOUND IN THEIR GODOWN only!
They are a bunch of irresponsible guys managing the office. They should be more accountable and customer friendly.
