I enrolled myself for B.Sc maths through Edukart for academic year i.e., June to May. I did not receive my identity card until September end. I called every other week with no reply. Finally, I received the card in November and was shocked to see that I had been enrolled for the calendar year i.e., January to December! When I mailed them, I dint receive any reply.
So, I called the girl who talked to me at the time of enrollment. She redirected me to her superior who was very rude. She said nothing can be done as the card has already been generated and if wanted to change it, I had to pay again & it wud take another 2 months fir the new card to come. I decided otherwise because I had already lost almost a year. I had not received the books either and they told me it was a different department. So, I called the other number only to get voicemail.
The books came to me b4 christmas and that too only 4 papers out of 5. I couldnt take my exams at all. It was a complete waste of money and time. Edukart is a scam. Do not fall for it. ( I would rate in negative stars if given an option.)
