Educomp has best working environment with good growth opportunities. Very cooperative colleagues. Have spent more than 6 years with company and journey is still continue.There is much encouragement from seniors to work on career growth. There is plenty of opportunities for growth. New ideas are encouraged and implemented. Employees are regularly recognized and rewarded on their performance basis. The environment is very positive; seniors are supportive and encouraging. I highly recommend this organization to work with.
