One of my friends worked for Ecoshine Facility Solution for about six months and then switched over to another company. It mainly offers pest management services to control mosquitoes, termites, rats, cockroaches etc. It also provides facility management services and landscape gardening services.
Some of the problems he faced there:
1) Hectic work schedules due to less no. of employees.
2) Less scope for carrier growth.
3) Unsatisfactory work environment.
