Don't use this courier service, they just cheat, if they can't deliver ontime, they just mention consignee not available. They don't have local phone number for contact.
Their head office don't have any idea about the package, i was very disappointed, bunch of idiots running ecom express. Don't use this for any courier service, i don't recomend this to anyone. I was at home the whole day and finally receive a message saying, un delivered consignee not at home.
