Horrible service!! No punctuality..no value for customer.
They simply blatantly lie and update on their site that shipment was undeliverable because customer was unavailable or that delivery attempt was made. They never even tried to deliver the product, nobody contacted me also. I know that nobody came to deliver anything to my place, as there was always someone at my home just for this. 4 days back, I get an sms in the morning saying that my item is out for delivery. After that in the evening, I get another sms saying that because customer wasnt available, couldn't deliver item. I complained everywhere but of no use. Today, again I see that it is out for delivery. If I dont receive it today, no choice but to cancel my order on Myntra.
Really disappointed with Ecom Express.
I've uploaded a screenshot of the tracking information. I live in the town itself and so I know it wont be a problem to deliver.
