I had ordered an item in January 2016. the order was confirmed by them and some shipment info of DTDC was provided which was not trackable at all. naturally no shipment has ever come to me.
Upon contacting they asked me to wait more since there was some problem with the courier service. But till then no further update was given to me neither any alternate shipment was sent.
After waiting for almost two months I asked for the refund against cancellation of the order. Again they asked SOME time to resolve the issue and till today they are looking at the matter.
I have never come across such ridiculous online shopping site. I wonder how is this site still exists? There is only one contact number which is being available most of the time but hardly anything is heard over the line. and then before u can get into the matter the line gets cut.
So friends be careful before shopping online especially about this kind of NINJAs. reputed brands like flipkart Amazon should be given due consideration neglecting attractive offers from unknown brands.
