I did not forget that day 18/02/2016 when I ordered two items( tempered glass and back cover for coolpad note 3 lite) from ebay, in 24/02/2016 but when I opened the box I saw tempered glass is broken then I contact customer support and I amazed after asking my number they asked my email id then my address and pincode( usually other site ask only mail id and username) they I told everything they told to send email to insellerverification@ebay.com
I send it but there is no reply so I contact again customer care they said they will reply me back in hours but surprisingly there is no call back to me then I again called today 26/02/2016 and they told refund will provided as a coupon not as a cash so I again asked why they told there is policy of ebay which they always give refund as coupon( however in ebay guarantee they did not specify that they will give refund as coupon) but I told I never want to buy anything from ebay due to its worst service so I want my money back they refused to give money back
Now I will go consumer forum and issue complaint agaist ebay
