I had seen lots of negetive comments about ebay, but inspite of that me and my freind took risk and ordered memory card on ebay.
Promised Delivery date was just 5 days . When we tried to track our order on 4th day -status was - yet yo ship.
We tried contacting customer care. Call was not answered for certain amount of tries, but we kept on trying and finally our call was addressed. But accoridng to them product was shipped and same was not updated in thier systems and we can get delivery by promised date or atleast with 1 date late delivery.
We waited it for 2 days again. But again status didnt change and our product wasnt delivered. we tried calling customer care again and thia time they told sue to some issue product shipping is getting delayed. They themself dont know the exact status.
Then we decided to cancel order and get refund. As per our requeste order cancellation was done. But we didnt get refund till 10 days, we called them again and again and after several attempts, finally we got refund after 23 days.
It was very very bad experience. Thier wensite also not so userfriendly and it lists fake products. so better to avoid this website for onine shopping and go for others
