I am a regular buyer @ ebay. But I am now reluctant as their customtakeouter service is very poor. Can't call them, chat with them easily. Nobody responds to emails.
They never bothered to reply my several emails regarding a free gift which I was entitled to when I bought an item. Only positive thing is that I haven't lost any money till date. But I Ebay is not my preferred site anymore.
My advice is to opt for COD even if it costs few extra bucks. Better to lose a few bucks rather than losing the entire amount.
