In other major shopping sites like Amazon, if we are not satisfied with products, we can return it for a full refund.
But in ebay, if the product is not satisfactory, they have a limit to accept returns. Once I bought a Google Chromecast. Only after getting it I understood that it won't work with my phone. So I asked for a return, and they said they cann't. If it was amazon, I would have get it returned.
