Hi I am ekta & I want to share experience about my ebay.in shopping .
I have purchased item from electronics, cars, fashion, collectibles, coupons and more online shopping.It was my first online shopping experience so I was happy to order the product.I have ordered for mi powerbank of 10000mah. I selected cash on delivery option.
But I recieved the wrong product.Hence, I applied for ebay guarantee claim for refund.
And thus the story started, after guarantee claim there was a call from ebay team after 2 days, there I asked them for the refund. They assured me of giving the DD within proceeding 15 days. I thought the problem was solved. But almost its a year I am trying to contact them, the frequent answers I got from the team was Your Cheque Is Ready To Be Transferred. Same ans. I got from 5 -10 of there executives. Still my cheque hasnt reached upto me.
I also contacted the seniors of the Ebay Guarantee Claim team but yet no issue is resolved.
So there a humble request to all the viewers that think many times before shopping on ebay. After all the money is all that earn by working harder. And alas the worsest gift that we are given is frustation and irritation. So save your precious Ti
