I purchased a laptop adapter from ebay. I had bad experience in the past so I was more skeptic about my purchase. But I was in the need and the product was not available at any other store so I went for it. It took 4-5 days to deliver in Mumbai. To my bad luck the adapter didn't work. Worse part is they even don't have any pick up facility(even in Mumbai). I had to courier it. And to my surprise the courier amount was refunded to me in form of ebay coupon. Worst part is remaining. It took 3 months to get my money back and that also came in DD. For me ebay is big big no when it comes to online shopping.
