After first disappointment in 2009, I trusted them in 2015 again, hoping that they might have change. But ebay is still pathetic in delivery and customer service.
I ordered kids laptop worth rs 639, I rcved n delivery in the month of march. But the product was faulty screen was not working, I called up vendor as per discussion with ebay customer service, he raised his voice against as I was in fault. Then I called up ebay again n explained what happened. They gave me promise that I will receive a coupon with 110%, I was happy. Was waited till 25 days didn't rcv any. Called up them back n confirm about coupon. They gave me one coupon worth rs 725 over the phone. Didn't mention terms n condition. Neither email conversation . I was happy to get such privilege. I tries to shop over the ebay app it does not have CART function which normally other site do have. Still I went further n purchase a remote car for my kid when he was disappointed with laptop. Moment I purchased a car worth rs 299. My entire coupon got redeemed. I called up eBay for the same. Agent treated that was my fault n will not give remaining amount back. I pleased them n said at least give my expenditure don't want ur royal treatment . They denied. So I had loss of rs425 till then I was calling then evry day . Mean while remote car which I booked was also canceled by vendor stating that ebay unable to deliver the product. Another disappointment for my kid. in th month of may I spoke to ebay manager about this. He promised me that I will get my entire 725 rs back in form of coupon.I recorded the call. Was happy again but as usual they only gave rs 450. N saying will give u that much only sue to ur fault. I said I have a recorded call of ur manager, still they didn't bother. Now am in monitory loss of rs 300. N mentally 100% . The way they treated me like this. I never forget.
My humble request to u all please b care full while dealing with ebay. Rather don't buy anything from them. We have good sites available in market. BUT NO FOR EBAY.
