Customer service is so poor, always neglecting the customer phone call. product quality is also bad. poor and cheap quality product is being provided by e bay.takes a very long delivery time to deliver the product. sometimes takes 10 to 15 days. app and website is not so good as flipkart or amazon. showing too much price. a same product is much costlier than amazon or flipkart. there is no reliability of the product. but the branded product is good.
