Am sure all of you would have heard of how secure online shopping is. It might be for other sites, not for eBay. Bought a black ink cartridge from cartridgecare2015, one of the seller listed in eBay and once the ink ran out in my old cartridge, tried the new cartridge. It was defective. As per protocol contacted the seller, no response, contacted eBay no response, finally spoke to the customer care, they washed their handsoff saying that the request is timebarred. These are the products one would buy for future use. One doesn't wait for the cartridge to run dry, then order and then try it out! Rather upsetting that ebay didn't resolve the issue. So please be aware that so called guarantee is really not true. Now I am stuck with a defective product, for which I have paid and the seller doesn't respond and eBay says sorry.
