I bought an item from ebay, they send damaged product. I approached to ebay guaranty, but they fail to refund money. Ebay customer support told you need to ask seller. If I asked seller, I requested to refund your money you will get with in 3-4 days.
Finally, I didn't get any money, also i paid rs. 300 for return that product. Totally, I lost rs. 1400 /-..
Don't trust ebay, you will also loss your money.
