EBay.in is cheating customers through their surveys. They sent me a survey link offering an attractive coupon code. I completed the survey during which they asked about my personal shopping habits.
A few days after, they sent me a coupon code mentioning that I can avail Rs.500 off on any product (except for deals). I felt very happy and tried to buy a product. While applying coupon code, I was getting error. Later eBay team sent me another mail, mentioning that there is a correction. They added a clause that minimum purchase of Rs.7500 is needed.
I feel myself as cheated and very disappointed with eBay team. I have been a customer for long time. Now I realised that they are cheaters. By offering surveys, they are getting information for Free and this is just another way of luring people to share their personal shopping habits, offering them coupon codes.
