Bought an 3200mah External Battery Power Bank Cover Case for Sony Xperia Z1 L39h from ebay, in on 18/8/2017. The items was never delivered till date(25/9/2017) and courier guys(FEDEX) stated the reason being POWER BANK COMES UNDER DANGEROUS ITEM. Tried to raise a claim but could'nt do so due to an error in Ebay.in server and error code stating " You cannot raise a claim on this item as our team is examining this transaction. Please try after some time." Tried speaking and chatting with the customer care executives of Ebay.in for the 7th time but they told me to wait for 48 to 72 hours( in total it has been 360 hours). Today just chatted with them regarding the same and they again told me to wait another 48 hours i.e 360 plus 48= 408 hours. This certainly is not the Ebay.in or Baazee, com I used to know.
