This is with reference to the fraud committed by eBay.I made a purchase of Crompton Greaves Jupiter Fan with Item Id#181442230891 and Paise pay ID:36662239835.
When I received the item, found critical parts of the product are missing and making the product UNUSED.
An eBay Guarantee claim# 565797, was filed. However, eBay closed it with NO Resolution. I never requested them to cancel the claim. The rejection reason is "As per my request the claim was rejected".
Now, EBAY is saying I need to contact the Crompton Greaves service center to get my issue fixed. Pathetic customer service.I spent 6300.0 including shipping. I spent a month chasing eBay and now help less.
Beware of eBay, So far I made several purchase from eBay and this time I'm having bitter experience. Now, ebay is supporting fraud sellers and they want to get rid of their damaged product with the help of eBay.
Atleast check the seller ratings and how many products they delivered successfully. Any Seller with 95% rating and for more than 100 items shipments can be considered. However, if the seller is a fraud, then eBay will not help you. It is proved in my case.
