Ebay Remote control issue

I had bought Remote from ebay in second week of Dec'14. It is not original product. It worked for 2 days and stopped working. I have raised compliant on 15th Dec 14 and claimed for remittance. The customer care is not responding properly and my money is not refunded.

Please do not buy any product from ebay site.
