Ebay is not that much great online shopping destination.Their service is really very worst.Once first and last time I used ebay to purchase an electronic product because I found that price is less as compared to other online shopping websites.I am saying that "LAST TIME" because after that purchase I lost my believe and excitation about the product.Firstly they delivered very very late.Secondly the product is broken and don't have warranty card in the box also.I really very disappointed by their quality of service.Customer support is also not responsive.I contacted them but they did not take that much care.They solved the whole issue very late.The packaging was so bad.The website and app user interface is average not that nice.Although the website is reliable but service is extremly very bad.Don't ever but from eBay.
