I ordered a Fox's Body Armor from ebay.in and the dealer mentioned there was Bhavyinternational from Bhiwani, Haryana. The product's page instructs that before ordering, customer should select the one size greater than the shirt's size he wears.
So, I ordered XL(because I wear L size shirts). When the product was delivered to me, I was deeply shocked to see that the XL size was not even actually 36 inches around the chest. It was even smaller than the usual 'M' size. So, I called up the dealer and inquired about the screw-up. He asked me to ship it back and take the refund which won't include any of the shipping charges.
I was like 'WHAAATTT'. Why the hell should I bear the expenses of both ways shipping charges and that too when I am not gaining anything? To that he replied, "Your wish". Bhavy International is a thug. An example of poor customer service. DON'T GO FOR BHAVY INTERNATIONAL GUYS. BEWARE
